The HD Series is built for the abuse that work trucks dish out. The muffler is constructed of heavy duty 16 gauge aluminized material in three different oval sizes with necks ranging from 2" to 4". Internal and external parts are solidly mig-welded together. The majority of the HD series have two baffles to produce that performance sound, but many part numbers are also available with a third baffle (noted by the Q after the number).
